- Every case can be sent back with a note instead of signed. Nothing is prescribed, ordered, or charted under your name until you approve it, and declining costs you nothing.
- We prepare the chart
- Intake, history, and the draft order or note are prepared for you. What reaches you is the clinical decision that needs your licensed judgment — the telehealth Rx, the async visit sign-off, the lab or order review.
- Your license is verified first
- At onboarding we’ll verify your license and NPI against the official state board roster and the NPPES registry before your first case. Nothing here is a substitute for the standard of care.
